Agent Ben Klines incompetence has left me homeless, living in a hotel for 3 or more weeks. He took on a client who owes more than his house is worth. As the buyer I was notified 1 week before close. I am going to report him to an ethics committee for NYS. He never returned calls to my agent in a a timely manner, and left everything to the last minute.
