Mike explained the details of the inspection as he was evaluating the house, and pointed out both the good and the bad. Mike was happy to answer any questions I had about home maintenance and best practices. The report was thorough, detailing all the issues we discussed during the inspection. It was a pleasure working with him!

As a out of state buyer, I needed an inspector who I could trust to be thorough, knowledgeable, and "report" back since I couldn't be there and haven't seen the house in over a month. Mike did all of this and more. He drove over an hour to do the inspection. He called me right after and explained what he found (good, bad and what will need looking at). He was quick with sending the final report and very responsive. 100% recommend.
