This is specific to Vaction Rentals in Lake Placid. If you are told you will be dealing with Ann Wees of Coldwell Banker I bid you EXTREME WARNING!! We had been told by Ann Wees who was renting a Mia Rosner property that we were all set. We had rented the Arrowheadlodge form Oct 1-5 Oct 2020. One week before we were to arrive Ann called and said our home had been infected Covid and asked to move us to a much smaller house down the road. We were devastaed. It was my wedding weekend. Well I dont know who she thought she was dealing with because that Sat when we saw 10 trucks and a whole new family moving into the house we had rented I decided to knock onthe door and ask them. To my suprise they had also rented the same home for that weekend and had been on the books all summer long! BEWARE o
