Riverwood Apartments

This message is a word of thanks to Miss Stephanie Barlow our manager at Riverwood Apartments in Palatka. Stephanie has been most helpful to me as I am a disabled resident. Whenever we residents have a matter here she attends to it without delay. Our residents have become friends with each other and all have high opinions of Stephanie. We have quick response from rescue and other governmental services. We are close to school's, shopping and medical providers. It is a nice place to live. Richard M .

When we first stumbled upon this apartment in Palatka, it seemed almost too good to be true. I thought there was a catch! Everything was as perfect as it seemed online. Donna (Property Manager) is the most thoughtful and she is certainly attentive to the needs of the residents and brings a smile anytime you see her. Mike (Maintenance Manager) is constantly keeping up the property to keep it looking good. He takes care of all the maintenance needs usually on the spot. The apartment is really comfortable and the property is quiet, safe and conveniently located near everything that this town has to offer. Overall, I’m quite pleased with the quality of life here at Riverwood Apartments.

I just moved out from the Riverwood Apartments in Palatka and I must say I am very pleased with my experience here although it was for a short period of 7 months lease. The maintenance person, Mr. Mike, and the leasing office Community Manager, Ms. Donna, are very kind and they work hard to help the tenants ASAP. For example, when I had the kitchen light go off, trouble with my A/C heater unit, and leaking shower faucet, Mr. Mike came to the rescue very promptly and professionally. My individual unit was on the "older" side which is why I had these issues, but I think they are renovating a lot of the other units. After Mr. Mike fixed them, I never had another issue with them. RUN AWAY. High price for zero star value. Shady Matience. Nothing is properly fixed. Everything is run down. No money is being put back into the place. Roach issue. Spider issue. Gnat issue. Rat issue. Mold issue. When you bring issues up (rat/mold) they only lie n sweep the issues under the rug. The ac units barely work n look disgusting full of mold n dust like they have never been replaced since the place was built in 1990.
