Holly Ridge Apartments

Very friendly officce staff. I love my apartment it's cute and quaint. I haven't used the pool yet but the pool area is beautiful and you can relax out there. I've used the workout room it could have a little more equipment and would be nice if 3x a week they had some type of aerobics class, but otherwise I'm happy with the building. Maintenance are usually prompt and live on site which is a plus The only con is it seems most of the tenants smokes and even though it's a non smoking building my apartment constantly smells like smoke. I bought a dehumidifier and it seems to work purifying the air in my apartment.

How do you get a hold of someone about getting information on an application? I have an elderly mother who lives off of social security and she is currently living in Riverwood apartments but soon won't have any savings left to help cover her rent outside of her social security check she receives. Any help would be great.

I have lived here since 2019. Prior management was very professional, This management however isn't. If you complain your complaints go unresolved. I've been told if I don't like it leave. I've actually have been cussed out by management with nothing done. Management took the NO SMOKING signs down,and sits out front under the pavilion area that is for dropping off and picking up,smoking. She also parks there daily so the residents can't use it. It states in our lease the rules for smoking. There was designated areas now there's not.Tons of cigarette butt's are everywhere on the property. And again if we complain we get chastised. She has gotten friendly with the ones she can manipulate. She's aloud several people she knows to live in empty apartments with children running up and down for

Staff is very respectful and professional! Looks like nice place to live! I was glad to get a call from Angela letting me know an apartment became available. Angela and Wendy had me come in for filing the application, letting me know what I needed to bring. They were very professional but friendly and made me feel comfortable. The building and grounds looked well kept by Jake, Nathan and staff. Amenities will be nice attributes. I'm looking forward to settling in. Thanks for everything and great job! Sincerely, Regis Good

This apartment complex is beautiful and so welcoming when you drive up. I toured the property looking for my mother a new home to live and found exactly what I was looking for. Gorgeous property, tons of activities for seniors to do and I witnessed first hand a community partnership with several of the tenants who live there and honestly it seems more like a family than a partnership.
