Barrington Apartments

I moved into Barrington 4 years ago. While the complex is quiet, and peaceful, the actual units leave much to be desired. We have had multiple maintenance issues, an ongoing issue with ants that we complained about on multiple occasions, just to never have the issue resolved. Mold and mildew growing in the ceiling and vents, cheap appliances and paper thin walls. Now that I’ve moved out I’ve been hit with charges that don’t even make sense. Issues that were present when we moved in we are being charged for. I thought that the landlord Jason was a nice guy, but he is dismissive and dishonest. Shame on him and shame on this rental company for keeping him at the forefront of this establishment!

I’ve been living here for a little less than a year and a half and I can say this is the BEST place to rent in palatka. maintenance crew is always keeping outside around the apartments looking great! and if we have ever had any maintenance issues inside it was very easy to submit a report through the website! And their laundry mat is very clean and always up and running! it’s very quiet here, everyone is mindful of each other. management is always keeping us updated on anything we need to know. all and all a very quiet, clean, and friendly environment to live it!

We moved into the Batrrington about 3 years ago. The staff here is great. Whenever we have any kind of maintenance issues, maintenance acts in a timely manner. The washers and driers are commercial grade and take tap to pay, which is very convenient. The pool is not huge, but the space is big. The Barrington is also pet friendly. We will continue to stay here until we are ready to purchase a home.

I recently moved into Barrington Apartments and have been a very good experience so far. The property is a quit place and well-maintained that creates a clean and welcoming atmosphere. The management team is friendly and responsive, always willing to help with any concerns. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, which has made settling in much smoother. My unit is spacious and remodeled making it a comfortable place to live. The location is convenient, with easy access to Walmart and other major stores. Overall, I highly recommend here for anyone looking for a quality living experience.
