I have had a pleasant experience living here. Alllll, of the staff are very attentive and prompt, addressing any issues on the property. Friendly based staff and neighbors. All staff are very communicative and keeps tenants informed about all matters, and are extremely hard working, property always clean & green. I appreciate all the staff. Keep going, with the Amazing work. It's challenging to make sure that every need is addressed each day, with that I applaude 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾 Much Thanks RVA Staff

I told myself I wasn’t going to write a review My experience at Riverdale Village Apartments has been very disappointing. The communication between the management team and tenants is extremely slow. It takes a long time to get responses to messages or requests, and it often feels like concerns are not taken seriously. I’m highly allergic to bees I complained about the beehive when I first noticed it they told me they got it nope. Came home it was still there for a month which is ridiculous if you ask me when somebody stated they are highly allergic. Some of the maintenance employees are also rude and unprofessional when addressing issues in the apartments. For the amount of rent being paid, I expected better customer service and respect for residents. The laundry room is constantly broke

Incredibly unprofessional, slow, uncommunicative, irresponsible and prejudiced staff work at this office. You'll hear 3 different things from 4 different people on the status of your application. The people who can approve any kind of action are never present or accountable for communicating clearly and facilitating any kind of concrete answers to questions. I've called countless times for answers and nobody takes responsibility. David and Thai are absentee owners. Maria is just absent, period. This is not a business, it's a circus. I called this morning and by 9:45am, anybody who could approve anything was already gone. What a joke.

I recently toured this community, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The renovated apartments did not match the photos or the virtual tour. When I inquired about the "renovated" units, I was shown an apartment with carpet instead of the advertised features. Additionally, there was no washer and dryer in the unit as expected. The overall experience was far from welcoming. The show apartments were poorly maintained, raising concerns about the condition of the actual units. For example: • The stove was missing a knob. • The walls and carpet were visibly dirty. • The "townhouse" stairs appeared old and had been painted over. • The closet door came off its track when opened. • The bathroom had a large hole in the vent or heater, which felt unsafe.
