I had a great experience with the leasing office. After being approved online, I went into the office and the staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They took the time to walk me through the entire pricing and lease process and made everything clear and easy to understand. The whole experience was smooth and professional. I really appreciate their patience and support.

I have been here for about 10 years now. This place is very good. Employees are so nice and very helpful. The other very important thing I have to note here is that maintenance is always responding in a bref time frame. You call them for anything going wrong in your apartment, they will write a ticket and in a matter of minutes, somebody will show up to fix. Never had any issue here before as everything have been taken care of. Management is very good and they understand people easily.

Top notch. Best apartment complex in MD. Staff is friendly, upbeat, and pleasant. Apartments are clean, beautiful, and everything you'd look for. Would definitely recommend. Maintenance people are top tier, and are usually at your door within an hour or less. Keep up the great job!

PARKVIEW Garden Apartment was my first place I lived in since I came to the Country I lived in this apartment complex for 17years I had a wonderful stay, when you call for maintenance they come the same day and do great Job Property manager Davis Mendick is a wonderful humble human being he helps everyone , he welcomes everyone . Ms Hazel is a wonderful person who cares about the tenants I just moved out not because I didn’t like the place just because God blessed me with a home My kids grew up there and did not have any issue It is a family community I definitely recommend this property
