Very poor maintenance and when things need replaced it takes forever, then they try to make you pay the bill when its there responsibility for all major repairs, Also maintenance is rude, lack of training in apartment/residential trades!! and they dont understand that their own rental agreements and contracts state they must fix and replace things, they are responsible for but they don't always want to do it!!!, that is why there is poor rating and reviews. The only ones who give them five stars is those who work there or their family or their friends but when you live here its a different experience. Its not the manager its her higher ups and owners who don't want to listen and spend the money to make it a better place. PLEASE DO NOT MOVE TO THIS PLACE. IT IS INFESTED WITH BED BUGS.I HAVE

PLEASE DO NOT MOVE TO THIS PLACE. IT IS INFESTED WITH BED BUGS.I HAVE CONSTANTLY HAD TO THROW AWAY FURNITURE DUE TO THIS PROBLEM. LAST SUMMER I HAD NO A/C. DURING THE WINTER I HAD NO HEAT AND I HAVE 3 SMALL CHILDREN. THE RENTAL OFFICE LADY IS VERY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL.
don’t move here, google maps driver can’t even drive up here
