This is the worst place I've ever lived and the leasing staff was horrible. I moved into a dirty apartment- when I toured it, it was clean, so idk what happened- maintenance was tasked with coming back and cleaning and they just painted over the dirt & dust. Water came through my bathroom walls 3 different ways- above the shower head on the wall, thru the ceiling fan and through the ceiling above the shower head and could still hear it dripping thru the walls, but they didnt believeme. I asked for my bathtub to be recaulked about 5x in a year, but they just put a temp strip in and kept gluing it back down. They charge so many fees including mandatory valet trash that rarely got picked up- I would much rather save the money and walk 50ft to the dumpster, the walls and floors are so thin you

I recently stopped by to check out this community and had a really great experience. Joeina and David were both super welcoming, professional, and very informative throughout the tour. They took the time to answer all of my questions and made the whole process feel comfortable and stress-free. You can tell they genuinely care about the property and the residents. Overall, a great first impression and definitely a place I’d consider calling home!

Joeina, the lady in the front office is very nice and helpful, with all our leasing procedures. She was very communicative, helping ease our minds during this stressful process. I had a very pleasant experience.
