We have used Rick for buying 2 homes at the beach over the last 10 years. Each time Rick has gone over and beyond guiding us through the process. I did not use Rick to sell my beaches home because he’s known to be disorganized and sloppy but also lacks real estate experience at the beaches since only property he has owned in NE Florida are low end properties located in Jacksonville southside.
