Every time a request comes in, he responds quickly, communicates clearly, and gets the job done right the first time. He’s professional, courteous, and treats residents with genuine respect. Whether it’s a small repair or a bigger project, Max approaches it with the same level of care and attention to detail. Ms. Jackson is extremely professional and knowledgeable. She is very responsive to requests for service. Mr. Max is reliable and efficient as well as creative in getting the job done. Josepha is a lovely women and a meticulous housekeeper. We recommend BluWater to friends and colleagues because of these people in addition to the apartment.

The cottages are a good place to live at an amazing location. It truly is a community feel as we organize seasonal events. Plus if there are any issues in the unit or common area, Max is there to take care of it in a prompt and professional manner.
