What a refreshing experience. I was working on my account with Shawna, she let me know she would check back with me this week to ensure everything was fully taken care of. She not only kept her word to follow up, she did it earlier than I expected. She is a wonderful representative for the Elim services company.

I put a call into Elim Services to help me with a problem I had with an HOA billing. I spoke with Shawna in the office and she assured me that the issue would be resolved quickly and efficiently. She took the time to get all the facts in order to make the transition an easy fix. She was friendly and courteous. Shawna was very knowledgeable about the entire process.
