When I say I would never, and I mean would never recommend this property to a soul. The way they literally rob you blind. I’ve been here almost 4 months and wish I never even considered them. Please explain how they literally charge almost an extra $150 a month out of nowhere just for the sewer , like not your own water usage but the sewer. IDK anyone that is ok with paying an extra unknown amount not explained a that would be applied every month to their lease , people have budgets for a reason, who would be ok with paying extra especially in this economy. At first, the staff seems friendly and welcoming, but once you move in and have any issue, their behavior completely changes. The utility billing is also unfair. Water and sewer bills are more than double what you actually use, causing ongoing financial stress. Do not, under any circumstances, choose to live here. Once you are a resident, you cannot expect respectful or professional treatment.I do not recommend this place at all. The environment is unsafe and very stressful. There is constant noise, including dogs barking day and night, making it impossible to sleep properly. If I could leave no stars I would. When I first walked in the building to do a tour the lady Aisha was looking at me with disgust and making facials with her mouth. I had applied and they told me I was approved but I have to do the one app because of my background. I got approved through one app and paid my fees. I never heard nothing back so I went to the office and one of the managers said it was a mistake that I was approved and they have to refund me my money back. I never in my life seen something like this to be denied twice and than they take my deposit and say I was denied again. The staff seem like they can’t do nothing without a manager and I was wondering what they do. I’ve been at these apartments going on 2 years now and it has been nothing but a headache. They don’t know how to talk to there tenants or even help them. They constantly change my rent price and my leases I have probably signed 4 leases already and they can’t find 1 of them. Also they can never have there gates working right I had bought a sticker for $75 so I can get in the gate and it never worked nor did they wanna give me a refund for it. Needless to say this is the worst apartments to ever live in and due to the confitions of there apartments and how they treat there tenants they will be getting served papers real soon they have scammed me and others for too long!!

This past weekend, I visited my niece who lives at Resia Willows and was immediately taken aback by the uncleanliness of the property. When I arrived, I was expecting to be buzzed in, as I knew that the property listed that they are a gated community online. This was not the case. People were driving in and out all day and all night, without having to be let in, without any monitoring. My niece specifically picked this apartment complex because it was listed as a gated community, which made her feel safe. So, if you are thinking the same thing… think again! When pulled around to the back parking lot, I noticed that there was a large pile of trash in a parking space that my niece mentioned has been there for at least a week. In her back stairwell, there was a puddle of something’s (or someo
