Crystal was absolutely amazing! She took both me and my friend on a tour of the apartment and made the entire experience smooth, welcoming, and stress-free. She was very knowledgeable, patient, and answered all of our questions thoroughly. Her positive attitude and professionalism truly stood out, and she made us feel comfortable and confident throughout the tour. I really appreciate how attentive and friendly she was, excellent service all around!

My experience at Re-new apartments has been amazing. Thanks to the assistant manager Jade every time I need something or need anything fixed I call on Jade and everything gets handled. I know I can always count on her. She has made living here one the best experience I have had with any apartment complex. Thank you.

I visited this complex for an inquiry and tour, and overall the initial experience was good. Crystal was very kind, knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions. As far as customer service for a new inquiry, I would honestly give that part a 10/10. That said, there are some important things I feel future renters should be aware of. I strongly recommend taking time to really look around and read reviews beforehand, which I unfortunately did not do until after my visit. I was shown a unit, not the exact one I would be renting, but it was HUGE. The apartments are very spacious, which I loved, along with the balcony and storage space. I recently moved in, my experience has been an ultimate nightmare, there is an infestation of bugs and nothing was renovated about the unit I was put in and I have put in several maintenance requests also gave a list to the manager herself that has not been addressed with the exception of a few. Most importantly, I was lied too about the bug situation, I was told that there had been no complaints from the prior tenants and it just so happened I was able to meet them along with my upstairs neighbor and was advised that they staff knew about the issue. The unit above me also informed me of her issue. No one took time to explain to me about the hidden fees that I am reading about from the other reviews! I can’t sleep eat cook because of my anxiety due to this situation they have placed me in
