We had problems with neighbors nextdoor. They are very rude, mean, lie on you. Problems in house don't get fixed. Neighbors will call cops fast. Jim and Greg take their side. So people may not want to get this house. and Jim always calls the cops for unreasonable things.people might not want 735McCormick st. Duplex because things don't get fixed in the house

I had the pleasure of working with Ms. Jennifer H. She is too sweet. No matter what time I needed assistance ,or what type of assistance ,I needed she was always there. She never made me feel like I was a pain to work with. Let's face it some realtors are only there for a check. You can tell she really loves her job . She cares for her clients like they're family! The agent I used in Shreveport, LA (Chuck Horne) did nothing but list the house. No assessment of the property, no marketing plan or use of social media, and no open houses despite repeated requests for one. He listed the property on the MLS, but zero subsequent effort to actually find a buyer. I'm finding someone else willing to actually work.
