I went in to make a withdrawal from my checking account and had to be buzzed in as the door was locked. Then the person who let me in told me that this was not the Redwood Trust CU. If this isn't the credit union why do you call yourself Redwood?? Either let me withdraw my money or change the name of your business, please! I told the person that I was taking my business elsewhere. Even though they wouldn't give me my money the employee was nice.
