I was hunting down a rental listing where Cheryl was mistakenly listed as the agent . Not only did she respond promptly to my message over a holiday weekend— even though she wasn’t the agent— she also helped me find the right agent, their website and phone number, reached out to them AND shared their cell number with me. She also explained to me how property listings are generated for Zillow etc. and shared tips for what sites to use to avoid scams or similar goose chasing. If that’s how she operates even when there’s no commission to made, I can imagine how proactive, thorough, responsive, and tenacious she is for her actual clients. I’m so grateful for her guidance.
