I was told flat out, unless I move out they will not fix certain things. The floors, walls, windows, appliances and we'll that is literally everything an apartment is and There is something wrong with it all. Dispute my reporting they do not come out to repair or replace. Windows are mucked up, holes in the walls, floors coming undone, and aplainces malfunctioning and cause huge safety and health hazards.
Prompt maintenance and they continue to clean up around here.
