I rented with RPM Executives for 3 years and only left because I needed a shorter commute to work. Their app made it really easy to pay rent and submit maintenance requests. They were also really responsive to maintenance requests. One time, on a Friday night at 8pm, we noticed water seeping up from the kitchen floor. We immediately called our maintenance contact, and he came out within the hour. He stopped the leak (it was the garbage disposal) and came back the next day to install a new one. They also were super responsive to less urgent requests. One time I asked if the house and driveway could be pressure washed, and they took care of it. Overall, they were a great company to work with. It was a great, stress-free experience, and I’m sad to be leaving them. Thanks for a great 3 yea

RPM has many helpful and diligent staff, I'm moving into one of their properties and have been assisted through the entire application process and given precise details on what they needed, and when they needed it. Their paperwork reflects similar care. My tour of the house I was interested in was guided by Andromeda, who was pleasant and helpful. Since then I've been in contact with most of the RPM team, Candida, Beth, and Tim, and the group works very well together. Each of them are up to date and must communicate very well!

Amazing experience over the years with Beth and Tim. They were extremely knowledgeable, understanding, helpful, and client first. They managed my property extremely well in my absence as I was an out of state owner. After the rental period ended, Beth ensured that the property was cared for and managed while on the market for sale and all the way to closing. Certainly recommended RPM to anyone in search of a Property Management company and/or brokerage to sale their property!

My family and I relocated across the country and secured this home months in advance, paying a full security deposit and first month’s rent to ensure a smooth transition. Unfortunately, our arrival experience fell far below what we expected, especially after investing so much and trusting that the home would be fully prepared. On move-in day, several issues were immediately evident. We had no instructions for resetting the smart door lock to our own code, and we were not told which mailbox belonged to us. The garage—which we urgently needed for our moving team—was filled with leftover furniture, trash, and miscellaneous items that should have been removed before our arrival. Absolutely wonderful rental company. We had a significant move from another state, with a job change and financial situation forced on us by the mess going on in the government right now. RPM’s team was really willing to work with us on making the process easy and low stress as possible. Move-in and initial maintenance requests were easy and handled quickly. And they’ve been really helpful and flexible given the overall situation. Candida Contreras has been especially helpful as our point of contact; always prompt in responding and more than willing to advocate for us to her own company.
