Cadence Apartments

Update: we have tried contacting the leasing office twice 2 days in a row and no one is picking up the call. I have requested information to escalate the situation to corporate management which Lori refused to give me. In your response to this review you stated you did not charge for the cleaning of the tubs but in the move out statement, there are pictures and fees that clearly show those charges applied to us. I am writing this as we were incorrectly charged for what we were told we would not be responsible for. When I sent an email to the property, the property manager responded completely disregarding my concerns and stating “I’m going to break down the charges for you, does this help explain the balance, do you have any questions” We are not stupid and clearly read what the charges w

I’d advise, if you are considering Cadence and another complex, save yourself the future headaches and just go with the other complex. Overall the experience living at Cadence was ok. Fire alarms constantly going of. The package room is usually in a disarray. The noice pollution is terrible, if you live near the road you’ll hear every car and truck that goes by. But my major complaint is with management. BE AWARE of move out fees and I’d advise not to pay the cleaning fee that’s advertised. We were assured and have on recording both Andrew and Lori stating specific things would be covered in the cleaning just to turn around and be charged for those things totaling close to $600. I am writing this review to bring attention to the deeply disappointing and unprofessional treatment a recently displaced single mother received from the Leasing Manager, Andrew Monsalve, at Cadence Sugar Hill. This mother lost her home and all of her belongings in a catastrophic apartment fire at another community due to the negligence of a tenant. She came to Cadence Sugar Hill hoping to secure safe, stable housing for herself and her child during an already traumatic time. Instead of compassion, clarity, or even basic professionalism, she was met with behavior that made an already devastating situation significantly harder. This apartment complex and living style is not just a residence location it’s LIVING YOUR BEST! Andrew was amazing and definitely had enough patience to answer a million of my questions. They also have an elevator! So no worries carrying those groceries, my son is going to love that. And they allow pets so our future fur baby will be moving in, once we pick one lol They have community events once a month which is one major thing O am looking forward to. Make sure you speak to Andrew he is the best!

Andrew was the best tour guide I have ever met, very helpful and thorough. He took his time to explain every single detail concerning the apartment and the amenities..He is such a perfect leasing representative…way to go Andrew. The neighborhood was so clean and beautiful. The amenities was out of this world. 😍
