Conclave Sugar Hill Apartments and Townhomes

A place called home… that’s CONCLAVE to us!! My husband and I moved from another state to GA and Lynn, Matt, Sabrina and Jordan made moving to CONCLAVE a heavenly move. We had support from the team in every aspect of the move. Everything that was offered was delivered. There is no need to go somewhere else to rent an apartment. We are beyond happy. Come here and this team will do their magic and you too can call CONCLAVE home.

As we move towards relocating to Sugar Hill, Ga did the tour and full presentation at Conclave. Matt was our host and did not leave us for one second. He listened to our needs and worked diligently to show us several units that fulfilled those wishes. We met Lynn and Sabrina who also contributed to our decision to apply at Conclave. The place is gorgeous in every sense. Clean, new, organized, and comfortable. We also loved the amenities including the security gate. We truly hope Conclave becomes our home soon.

Sabrina was amazing, she was so thorough in our tour and explained anything in detail that we asked about. The property is beautiful! The units are so open and we loved them. I thought the prices were great and the amenities were beautiful. We ended up finding another unit for what my husband and I were looking for that fit our needs a little better elsewhere but Conclave was what we kept coming back to. Highly recommend regardless! Make sure to request Sabrina!!

My experiences at Conclave have been more than wonderful. It has been so nice to live somewhere and feel so at peace. From the management team Lyn and Jordan and Matt and the Maintenance team. They are the most welcoming and nicest team. I have ever encountered at an apartment complex. I would recommend anyone who is looking for a beautiful and quiet location to live here.

Great community! Brand new with Lots of amenities. We personally love the club area and the fitness center. Pet owners will like the self use spa. We sure do! Showing and move in process was great and had no issues. Jordan and Lynn were great to work with during the leasing process. Prompt resolution of issues, but the ticketing system would help from updates on what was actually done for maintenance requests. Recommendation: Community wide communication during Internet outages will be helpful to avoid everyone calling and asking for an update.
