Brad was a great person to work with. He is an energetic professional, willing to suggested ideas / modification. He has a superb group of sub-contractors that did an outstanding job on our new construction. We could not have asked a better partner with the process of building our house. Brad is the only GC to use. Every time I or anyone I know has built a house it's been a nightmare that ruined the subsequent living experience, but not so with RBL. Brad is fast, efficient, accommodative, and gives you the best bang for your buck. Most of all, he built my house as if he was going to be the one living in it, ensuring things like correct plot drainage for example in my case that I'd never have thought of. I can't recommend him highly enough- do NOT use another builder unless you want the usual hellish experience!
