DO NOT GO WITH THIS TITLE COMPANY!!! They tried to get our seller to Fraudulently Sign a Cancellation without Authorization from ANY party involved. They took it into their own hands to cancel a transaction with a fraudulent signature and then lied about it numerous time. This people do BAD Business and you would not want to trust these people handling your real estate closing. They are now under legal action for numerous Fraudulently actions that took place.

The owner of this company is extremely rude. I would never want to work with someone who attacks people over the phone who have to call multiple times because they DON’T answer and just trying to ask a simple question. Do better.

More than just a great company - they genuinely enjoy helping people and it shows. When I first called in I spoke with Peter (founder) who was generous with his time despite my being a total stranger. Peter offered sound guidance on a deed issue for my dad and he continued following up to make sure we were taken care of. When we came into the Crystal River office to complete the paperwork we met with Jeri (co-founder) who was also a total delight. She has since gone above and beyond with additional guidance on another matter. I keep asking myself ... why aren't more companies like this? Thank you Peter and Jeri!

She provided and explained all of the necessary forms and let us know what to expect every step of the way. I would strongly recommend Title USA and will definitely be using them for future sales!
