I'd advise sellers and their realtors to avoid this agency. I signed away ownership of my land three days ago and they've yet to give me a dime of the 11k that's due to me. I provided wire info, called next day to ask where my wire was and was told to verify the info first, which I cannot do while driving down the road with no access to the information that I'd already provided. Was told they'd overnight a check, no check arrived next day. This is unacceptable.
