Puddledock Place Apartments

Do not deal with the people that work here currently on July 2025. We applied 2 months ago and got the email saying we were approved. I went to check to see if I can view the apartment before we moved in. I walked in and the big lightskin lady that works in the front (I dont know her name) was pooping for a very long time. Every since she seen me laugh about it, she has been extremely rude then rejected our move in date and had us send even more paperwork. And after 2 months of asking us for paystubs we got denied for the same stuff we got originally approved for. Also they refused to give our money back that we were supposed to get back. Idk if I should take it to court but I feel like the big lightskin lady that sits at the front desk as of July 2025 got angry because I caught her poopin

This apartment is by far the worst apartment ever. They do NOT pay the companies that they deal with which causes issues for the residents. They had issues where the trash company was not getting paid & trash was overflowing & in the parking lot. The company that they get their supplies for things to be fixed in the apartment hasn't been paid & now nothing can get fixed because they don't have supplies to do so. They have changed managers AGAIN & when that happens they change the parking passes. If you don't have a car in YOUR name you will not get a pass. And the visitor area only has 10 spots which residents are parking their 2 other cars as well. Everyone who is a lease holder should get a pass, it don't matter if they have a car or not. I recently applied for an apartment here and was denied for judgements under my name. I have one that was paid and was not able to find anything else. I paid to have my public record and went to the court houses attached to the cases. I also looked on my credit report to see if I could see any other judgments and none showed. Needless to say I proved what I could but it wasn’t enough. I was told to come get me hold fee and went few days later to pick it up and they would not give it to me. They stated it needed to be processed and would probably take a few weeks. I feel that new management sucks and it’s unfortunate because I was excited to move here. It’s Xmas time so all this happening and then being told I had to wait for my hold fee sucks. They should probably take a hood fee once you’

Trust that the company is trash. The biggest part is the reviews from people that still live there 😂 with the trash. And everything else they complain about. Then there are those that write reviews because they wanted to live at this horrible property and got denied. Make it make sense for yourself.

My daughter lives out here and I cannot wait until she moves! Ratchet!!! Dirty!!! Trash everywhere!!! Drama!!! Unprofessional management!!! Her AC is always broken and they keep trying to do quick fixes that doesn't work instead of giving her a new HVAC unit. The kitchen stove should been thrown away because I do not know what kind of isle are being utilized but they suck. There is always plumbing and flooding issues. Maintenance takes forever to answer work orders. This complex is a JOKE.
