I lived at IP for about 6 and a half months for Army courses on Fort Lee. The complex itself is fine as it is pretty clean with decent amenities. However I moved there in August and the pool was green even though it is advertised very nicely on their website. The gym is small but it has enough equipment if you want to get a workout in there — however I would just recommend buying a gym membership (or going to a gym on post if you are military). If you like to run or walk outside, you are better off driving up to Chester or Richmond, as the only places you can really run here are around the parking lot of the complex — the surrounding areas really aren’t that nice and I didn’t feel safe leaving the property to run around in the area. I lived in a 1x1 and it was nothing crazy but it was fin
I’ll start with the positives. This is a fairly quiet community, and for the most part you do feel safe living here. The apartment was clean upon move-in, aside from a lingering stale cigarette odor that we were never able to eliminate. Most maintenance requests were handled in a timely manner, until we notified management that we were moving. After that, we went nearly a month with a broken dryer. Unfortunately, the amenities are very poorly maintained. The tennis court and basketball court are in terrible condition and unusable. The gym is small, outdated, and often dirty. The pool was frequently not clean, with foggy water, making it another amenity we never felt comfortable using. Overall, the amenities were disappointing and not well cared for. To military families considering livin
I have been living in this place for almost two years. At the beginning, I felt comfortable because issues were resolved or at least efforts were made to address them. This was the case with the first manager, Morgan. However, under the new administration, things have gone from bad to worse. For over a month now, my washing machine has not been working. I have submitted multiple maintenance requests and have also gone to the office in person. The only response I receive is that I should wait or go wash my clothes elsewhere. This is unacceptable for two reasons: first, I have health issues that prevent me from carrying out routines that others may consider normal; and second, I pay for this service and, according to my lease agreement, I have not violated any terms. Despite this, the mana
Aviana and ashley are great they really keep the front office alive. The property manager Danielle is never there and when she is, she does not want to talk to the residents. She just says to email her which goes absolutely nowhere. She is very rude and unprofessional. When i was in the gym i heard her get into a argument with i guess a resident. She called him a curse word as he was walking out the door. I guess she didnt know i was in the gym. I would NOT recommend living here i only stay because the girls at the front desk are so nice and really care about the residents and property.
This is the most poorly managed apartment I’ve ever lived in. The manager Danielle is impossible to get into contact with. They are not accommodating or kind to military families making us pay a month we won’t be here with documented orders and 25 days notice. Never fixed our dryer. Left the parking lot with sheets of ice during snow storms. They threatened to tow our trailer while we were moving out if it was left in the correct parking spot for more than 24 hours. Even when there are plenty of parking spaces for visitors. Would recommend living somewhere else.
