I called a few days ago to inquire about a property and requirements and the lady that answered was rude in tone. So I came back on the website to apply for a property and noticed the reviews mentioning a young lady with unpleasant customer service interactions. I will say this, reviews will make or break your company and deter others from applying. I will not proceed with the application as reading the reviews confirmed my initial interaction and let me know that this company will be a pain to work with. Please if you are going to have someone answer calls and represent your establishment, speak with her about professionalism and dealing with the public! As a customer service supervisor this is friendly advice. Accept criticism and improve. Good luck to the business.

Just called to ask about if this company was managing a property near my house due to an issue that is going on and Heather was rude on the telephone. Work on being more polite, you're welcome

Worst experience. They had me in tears after I searched documents from over 12yrs and then still would not accept legal documentation. This record didn't even show in anyone else history check due to being over 10yrs old, I feel they picked some old record they found online because it's not on my history especially being over 12yrs old.Then said income all to get approved by another company who didn't have any issues with my income(house is even more than the house I applied with Chappell) because it was in my price range based on my income and income requirements!( 50/30/20 method) I don't suggest this company especially in this economy! No humanity came from this company.

Viewing the unit completely put me off from viewing anything with this company. There were definitely roaches in the walls in the unit I viewed there were alive and dead bugs all throughout the side of the duplex I viewed 😬. All in all I would say staff weren’t necessarily rude I’ve seen a lot of that in the reviews, the blonde at the front was cheerful and answered all of my questions but the properties were below par for me which sucks because I did really like the area.

The experience with Chappell has been so smooth, they are quick and reliable
