It should not take months to deliver a simple pedestrian gate key that was paid for in July. The check was cashed, yet I was bounced between excuses and contradictions: first told the key would be mailed, then told mailing “isn’t policy,” then told keys may not even exist — all while I’ve watched other residents use theirs. What makes this worse is that there is an on-site manager for the property (a fact I only just discovered), yet no one ever offered the obvious solution: have that person walk over and hand me the key. Horrible property group. Telling people they are not allowed to park more than one car on the street in my neighborhood. We don’t even have driveways. I have a car that must be parked on the street meaning that I can never have guests, I can never have parties or even holidays at my house because they have threatened to tow any car on the street without the singular parking pass they have granted us. I own my home and am being told I am not allowed to have company simply because they do not want cars on the street. To top it off, they have begun building new homes in our community and have left the back gate open 24/7 for the past eight months allowing random people to jump the fences into our pools, but they don’t care about that. They care about people who live here parking their own car

Very nice, helpful people. Quick to answer questions and resolve any issues you might have. Closed for lunch, so be sure to check the office hours before you go. Very professional.
