We hired Trish as a dual agent in purchasing a property in Cathedral City Cove. We did this as she came across as knowledgeable about the property and a nice person to work with. Through the many difficulties in closing the deal we held out faith that she could make it all work out for everyone. We trusted her recommendations on inspections etc. We should have known better. After closing, we discovered that all the gas lines had so many leaks an over $125 a month bill was coming and we have still to move into the property. Once we called the gas company, they came out, immediately locked the gas and closed our account.
