I was referred to Joe by my realtor in South Lake Tahoe (Sotheby’s) and she introduced me to him over the phone. His “can do” attitude and honesty on my home’s value were refreshing. He met me immediately upon my arrival at my desert home and we had a game plan to sell the house - and he connected me with everyone I needed to get my place sell-worthy. I would retain Joe again - in a heartbeat - if I were to do another transaction in the desert. Joe Sidoti is the best. Professional, honest, and very trustworthy. I highly recommend him.

If I could rate Joe a 10 out of 5, I would! We spent almost a year trying to sell our house and with the advice of another company, we took it off the market in the middle of summer, "slow season". We were solicited by many realtors/companies afterwards. We interviewed a few, but Joe stood out. He has a direct approach with what it would take to sell the house. He had researched facts to back him up. So we gave him the opportunity to see the property and he gave us his plan, with options that would work for us.
