Olga, Johann, and Jeremy are great and helpful leasing agents here at Pleasant Springs. And, the maintenance staff Jose, Alec, and others are always responsive, prompt and efficient, as well. The grounds here are great with all the different walkways, green areas and playgrounds. The swimming pool and terrace area are great and they come complete with a hot tub which is open year round. Food trucks stop by in the warm weather months about once monthly. And, the management offers vouchers each of those months to selected residents.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’ve been living at Pleasant Spring Apartments for 5 years now, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience here. The community is affordable, well-kept, and always clean. The staff is amazing—friendly, attentive, and quick to help with anything I’ve ever needed. It’s rare to find a place that feels this comfortable and cared for. Definitely recommend Pleasant Spring Apartments to anyone looking for a great place to call home!

Olga was absolutely fantastic to work with. The property itself is clean, welcoming, and has a great feel to it! My company did some work with the team here at Pleasant Springs and I was super happy with the process. Specifically, the communication and transparency with Olga was extremely appreciative. She clearly cares about her property and her tenants, as she prioritized cleanliness and safety throughout the parking lot. I'd certainly recommend working with her and look into moving here if I was in the market!

This place is hypothetically the definition of landlord special. We lived here this passed year and we got out as soon as we could! it’s not the worst place to live but the amount they charge in rent and all the dumb utilities is wild for what you get, the only reason I gave 1 stars is the maintenance team, if the older gentleman ran this place it would be 5 stars all around but there’s only 3 of them for who knows how many units, spiders and bugs are everywhere in the stairwells, we found so many spiders in our apartment. The hot tub for 1 was partially broken the WHOLE time we lived there, the jets never worked they have a little sign to work it but we and everyone we talked to never got it to work and it was fully broken multiple times for weeks at a time and no I don’t blame the maint

just moved in! The process has been easy and stress free; everyone in the office has been really easy to talk to and ask questions, and they’re knowledgeable and happy to help. The apt is cute and doesn’t feel like a box, overall this has been a very easy and delightful process!
