I did my original home purchase loan as well as a refinance with Intercap through Anika and Bailee. While both were always super nice and professional when I interacted with them, I can’t help but be very disappointed in the overall process. Never have I ever seen a mortgage company make so many errors and mistakes where I as the customer had to point out that there were discrepancies every time. I felt like the process was very rushed and not thorough. Almost every time a document or disclosure was sent there was a mistake in the numbers. It felt as if documents were just typed up quickly, not checked and blindly sent to me.
