great place to live! manager is bilingual and always responds to the best of his ability to help out and find solutions when needed. The area is outstanding and so peaceful. i work for city schools of decatur and the schools in this district are wonderful and children love the schools and the teachers. a couple of teachers actually live on this property, they are my neighbors. they are pet friendly, pool is great, and they just upgraded all the laundry machines in the laundry room brand new with no coins, app only. i love this complex, i'm sure you will too. Beautiful nature here too even wild bunny rabbits and gorgeous flowers all round the property.

Living in this property is not a pleasant experience. The property is full of mold and has a severe rat problem. I suffered from the allergy to mold in this unit. My unit was infected with rat two years ago. Two months before I moved out, I heard the animal running inside the wall and in the furnace and air conditioning room. My downstairs neighbor caught two rats in his unit. The landlord is rude and not professional. She never gave you a one-day-earlier notice when she stopped by your unit or she wanted you to do something. Emergency is always the excuse for her to enter your unit without letting you know. They once entered my unit and left the key in the lock. Then I realized they sneaked into my home. Finally, when I moved out, they sent me a move-out inspection report which is se

If you enjoy black mold and poor, lazy maintenance service this is perfect for you. I have a on going black mold issue in my apartment since I moved in. I have tried numerous times to have the issue resolved, only to be told its dust on the wall and can be wiped off. The property manager lady is very nice, unfortunately being polite does not solve the mold issues.

If you're like me, then you're maybe thrown off by some of the reviews purporting rat infestations and whatnot. I called the place and got an answer right away. The first thing I asked about was the rats, and the lady I spoke to, Baydaa, confirmed that they were all false. Then, she said that she would be willing to put in writing that if we moved in and saw a rat, she would pay us back our rent for that month and void the lease. I didn't ask her for that, she did it on her own volition. That's how certain she was that those allegations were false, and that gave me confidence. It's a win-win for the tenant. So I'm extremely confident that there is good management here. I have been treated extremely well. If you have any questions, I recommend just calling the place up and asking. I guara
