I had Pinehurst management for five years or more as I’m speaking right now my kitchen is being tore apart because of black mold the bad kind Pinehurst management knew about it and this is ridiculous. Also, I have bats in my attic which is a health risk and finders management knew about it so literally this place that I’m living living in is killing me Alpine hurst management can do is collect the money and not make any repairs the most shittiest company I’ve ever seen.

UPDATE 06/05/24: I am now trying to put in a move out request on their website. I received a 'no reply' email, noting that the request failed, because the email provided (automatically to do it), was incorrect. I've called, texted the current number, and emailed. NOTHING, ZILCH. I am MOVING back home, and don't want to continue paying rent to a FAILED property management, and live next to neighbors I CAN'T trust. Especially now that tenants do not have access to the pin code at the front door. Since one tenant gave it out to all the homeless folks. ******** Trying to contact the office, and the automated system says the inbox is full. I can't even leave a message. I even tried contacting the property manager who deals with the property I live on, directly, and no text, or answer from her.

Horrible property management company. They just took over the property I have lived at for many years. We have gone through our fair share of management co in the past but this one by far is the worse. The “manager” whom I don’t believe even gave me her real name literally just hung up in my wives face when asking some important questions. I am embarrassed at how unprofessional this woman was. This is who is representing your company?! Nobody is in the office EVER, property looks horrid, work orders not being addressed. They hide in the office and won’t open the doors. I’m actually in disbelief how they are running an ownerships asset and getting away with it. I have tried all ways of communication with this company, my only option left is to contact an attorney at this point. DO NOT RENT
