Great affordable housing. I do not recommend raising children in this neighborhood. My son was murdered on Bond Drive August 31, 2025. There were supposed to be cameras. When it was time for the police to investigate the cameras did not work. Zero accountability from management. No explanation why the cameras did not work or how long they weren’t working. I absolutely regret moving to Bond Drive. My 17 year old son was the fifth murder on Bond Drive.
Take out the time to start your career path while living in Pine Hill Estates. Consider the fact that there are other families in line for a home. Give yourself 36 to 48 months to build up structure, funds, and discipline . Now it’s time to pass the baton to the next family, because low income housing should be thought of as a temporary situation.
