Pine Gardens

So far not a good experience. The prices are inflated, the water barely runs hot. Laundry room you have to pay for and 9/10 it does not work. I could go on. But it is what it is at this point. They add like 10 addendums to their leases every time. It’s ridiculous. It always smells like weed.

The only good thing about Pine Gardens were Anthony and George. They were always there to help us when needed. Our 2 years there were not that great. Loud neighbors, drugs and alcohol all over the place, not what it looks like online and overpriced. We had mice in our apartment, and the laundry room was absolutely disgusting. Do not recommend!

Updated Review: *sighs* Received a notice about being in collections for $261 that I have absolutely no knowledge about. Not an email or phone notification, which the property both have access to. Just a ridiculous property. Never have I ever been late to be in collections for a mortgage payment or rent payment since I was able to do both and for a cost of $261. I know it was done intentional but this doesn't replace the fact the property and company is wack. I’m disappointed. It was false advertisement from beginning to end. The price listed online is not the price you are told when you get approved and the apartment is not newly renovated as advertised in the photos. No new appliances or sunny bright apartment. It’s outdated which is fine. But the price they are choosing to rent an out
