Bayview Apartments

I’ve been in the building for a couple weeks. Neighbors are nice and the building is in good shape. The super George is very helpful and responsive, needed some fixes in the apartment and he made it a priority to get them all fixed. Great experience so far!

These 5 Stars goes to Mr. Anthony, the Super Manager at Bayview Apts. I am grateful and thankful for him always looking out for me in regards to any issues I ever had since I have moved here in 2019. I appreciate his genuine concern and helpful ways he has shown me and my family. He is definitely an asset to EagleRock, very professional, respectful and well skilled at what he does. I also would like to include Mr. Eddy and those other 2 Special ladies (they know who they are) in the Leasing department. Thank you all for your hard work over the years while I have lived here, and for also upgrading me to a larger apartment so that I can now have my mother live with me. May God bless you all!

My husband and I live in Bergen Apartments and we really appreciate our Super, George ‘s work ethic. We can call him for any maintenance, or emergency issue and he is on the job. Whether it’s early morning or late at night, George will respond to your text messages and/or stop by to followup on the problem. He’s very helpful and will go above and beyond what it takes to get the problem taken care of. The building is kept clean, however, Management needs to do more to make the inside of building more appealing.like new paint job, more pictures and removing the ones that have been here since I moved in over 5 years ago, a tenant area where notices, emergency info, etc can be placed, and more routine cleaning of the carpet throughout the building.

I have lived in this building for the past five and a half years. I have no complaints and have enjoyed living here. The super George is wonderful. He ensures that the building is clean. He goes above and beyond and is always helpful and friendly.

Neighbors are incredibly nice. George (the Super) is very helpful. It's walking distance from two gas stations, a CVS, and a little shopping area. Okay neighborhood (always felt safe at night). We did encounter two mice during our 1 year stay there, but both times my cat got to it before we did so it wasn't a huge issue (we just were extra cautious with food storage). Our a/c broke down multiple times during the summer. Our fridge leaked. We put in tickets and got temporary fixes for both. Washing/drying machines in the basement were very convenient, but they constantly broke. Overall, it's not a terrible place to live and we will remember it fondly. Overpriced, but so is everywhere else in New York.
