Jorge, the Super is very reliable and does the best he can with what he has. I believe he’s being stretched covering 2 properties, but if he can handle it, without affecting the integrity of either, I support him. One issue I have is with management. I don’t believe there’s enough care put into the tenants and their well being. I understand that things break down every now and then, but you must communicate these issues to your tenants so that they can plan when things go awry. In the past few weeks we’ve awakened to no heat, no hot water or both!! The extermination services are hit or miss, plus the garage door is constantly broken, allowing the local kids to come in and smoke, even vandalizing certain cars inside there. I live at 88 S. Bergen. My heat was fixed today and I have warm water. Everything is very good at the place. I live George. The maintenance man is the best maintenance man ever.

The super is chill. If you need something done you just have to let him know. He’s helped me when I’ve been locked out my apartment a good amount of times.

Rats everywhere roaches everywhere nasty. Drama, lies, and rat poo. Save your money and go ahead with a better apartment. Bad pipes, George can't fix anything and is always late. If you like fake this is it! No one can mind their business and is extremely noisy. Most people stay home. Free time is evil. ✌️

I’m living in the property since 2009 and I can say about Jorge is a very helpful , he always make sure the tenants is safe , the property always been clean
