Jeff was a pleasure to work with. He made sure everything was taken care of and was professional and personable. He treated my wife and I very well.

Not a good experience. Difficulty getting funds wired to them due to odd banking decisions. Caused delays with closing on house and when I finally left, I ended up with someone else's paperwork, including loan and banking information. They are neither careful nor thorough.

I closed numerous deals each month at Pierremont Title for a few years. Jeff Norris is a nice guy and his staff if fabulous. Unfortunately, I later learned that Jeff Norris was not providing quality service to many clients/real estate agents. I was burned on at least (2) occasions due to Norris’ incompetence as an attorney. I lost over a hundred thousand dollars on one deal alone not to mention another deal worth more than that simply b/c Norris closed a deal with an individual who had Teresa Polk notarize his deceased father’s signature and his mentally handicapped spouse’s signature. Norris recommended that I file suit against him so that his E&O could pay me and then later advised that he could not afford the deductible. Nice people, but if you're an investor, stay away. This is place for homeowners closing on their 1st place. Not a place for anyone who's time and money are valuable.

Still in legal action against Jeff and this company. Surprised the doors are still open. Every one makes mistakes but it makes a man to admit them and make it right. I'll leave it at that.
