Phoenix Station Apartments

Please don’t move here unless you are certain you want to come into contact with bugs and spiders. The main problem is management and how poor the building is. There’s a smell of feces coming from all parts of the apartments, dogs aren’t allowed but yet all I’m seeing and hearing are dogs and my sister who signed the lease can barley get in contact with management because people like “Brittany” and “Gladice” can’t answer the damn phone. This is supposed to be a place where people live . It really shows how truly disgusting humans are because several tenants leave trash everywhere to collect and management will barely clean or even blink an eye at the disgusting mess these apartments truly are . It was cool at first and I know most reviews are going to rave about the apartment being new but these are poorly constructed. I am on the first floor and there are bugs and spiders always getting in. The patio door doesn't fit properly and air and bugs can get in. The screens in the windows aren't the right size. Although the filter was changed dust blows in from the vents. The ventilation is horrible. Dog piss and poop in the hallways, people have the lights off in the gym having sex. There weird gaps and holes in the apartment. Maybe they rushed the 1st floor but 2 bedroom being almost $1500 isn't worth it just because it's newly renovated. There are so many other issues to name. I was looking for a brand new community with all the latest perks. I came to Phoenix Station and I loved it. Thank you Brittney for being full of knowledge and understanding my family need for space and efficiency. I recommend you the reader to come on in and work with Brittney my leasing agent whom was very prompt and swift and able answer my questions. I’m Totally excited for my next adventure.!!!! This place should have 20 stars.# I’m beyond satisfied Thanks Brittney for staying on top of everything . I love that I didn’t have to call over and over you called me when you said you would I appreciate my time being valued when looking for my new home!! I love my unit. When I first moved in, I did have to press the issue about my hot water not working other than that, I love my unit. I can say, some of the tenants here need to have some respect and not leave trash in the parking garage and stop stuffing the trash chutes with boxes to the point you can’t even walk inside and even leaving their trash in the room when there is are two chutes on each floor made specifically where trash should go. And someone knocked down the gate already….can our community please have something nice for once! Smh other than that, I like it here. Nice view and nice amenities.

We just want to thank Brittney for all her help ..she called when she said she would and went over every detail with my son. The approval was quick and easy…and I’m big on customer service, and I must say she was absolutely amazing!
