Extremely Disappointed with Phoenix Park Development I’ve had a very frustrating experience with Phoenix Park Development. After moving into my condo, I found several issues still unresolved — including scratched glass on doors, misaligned doors that don’t close properly, and some that won’t open at all. Despite reaching out multiple times over the past year, the company has ignored my calls and emails and has refused to provide any warranty information. Their lack of accountability and customer service is deeply disappointing. I would not recommend them based on my experience.

Unfortunately this company did not hold up to our agreement and ended up costing us many thousands of dollars. They cut corners and are very dishonest.
