Josh and I were connected through a mutual friend and coworker, so I knew I was in good hands right from the start and he proved it every step of the way. It certainly wasn't a straightforward process as I needed to sell my house out of state, move to Florida, find a short term rental, move out of the rental, and then close on a house in about 6 weeks. He drove me to showings, responded to my evening and weekend texts, played intermediary and negotiator during inspection time (reduced selling price, new roof and seller credits), and got me my perfect house!
