ONE Sotheby's International Realty

I have been a professional real estate from development rentals and recruiting agents ... I have had the worse experience on which would have been a simple rental this agent was unprofessional not forthright and discriminatory! Sotheby's has been my real estate company over the years in listing million dollar auctions to rentals over the past 12 years when I relocated. When an agent takes it upon her self to judge without running credit check accepted check and tell you you can move in the next day and calls you and tries to move you to another property of less of my needs it's disappointing then she becomes irate and won't communicate properly it's a sad day in real estate...I pray that there are more forthright agents to make the difference..,

WORST AGENT EVER!! 0 STARS GZ at Sotheby's made the sale of my fully renovated lake front condo home a living nightmare. I could only say look elsewhere for your real-estate needs. For starters, he neglected to read the contract convey list. So he began to give my refrigerator away as well as my draperies that were listed in the do not convey list to the buyer. When called on it by our agent, GZ at Sotheby's threatened to pull the sale with his cash buyer on closing day . Legal counsel was then consulted at that time. That meant we ( the sellers ) would get the full escrow amount paid by his buyer because GZ at Sotheby's was at fault. He never mentioned that to the buyer I'm sure . Substantial credit was allotted to me at closing. I won't forget to mention how GZ at Sotheby's whined and

I could only think of one person that comes to mind that has all the characteristics that one would look for in a real estate agent. Smart, hardworking, kind, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. Greg Zimmerman is that agent!! If you looking for simply the best look no further.
