Pat has helped us buy and sell multiple properties and has been exceptional at marketing. He understands the markets the homes are in and how to properly set them up for success. He does a great job of understanding the sellers and buyers wishes and has been great at negotiating to get the best outcomes for everyone. The only thing I think he could add to his arsenal is to do a weekly check in to keep updated on the movement of the property but he does a good job of communicating when there is news/advice to be shared.
