Just awful awful treatment on a residential level. I know Elias is a great guy and does good work but his employee Bethany Salcan is so unprofessional and antagonistic. Not only is she a massive liability to the home owner but this business Elias worked so hard to build. This lady instead of owning up to things and finding solutions. She legitimately has stooped so low on so many occasions that it has compelled me to move forward with other Petra tenants in collaboration to find out if this is an isolated instance of discrimination or a deeper issue. Anyone else with similar issues under this management email me.

Our business has been a long term tenant with Petra Realty for approx. 4 years. During that time we have undergone major construction to bring the building to code and made smaller repairs & investments in the space. Throughout the entire process, the team at Petra has made sure they were in constant communication with us. We get face time with our representative when requested. Their team continues to treat us with respect, provide the attention we need to have an operational business in their space and has become a partner in our long-term discussions about our future. I highly recommend working with Petra if you're looking for a space to open a storefront or operate your business.
