Patriot Pointe

I’ve really enjoyed living at Patriot Point Homes. It’s a quiet, clean, and peaceful neighborhood—perfect for anyone looking for a calm and safe place to live. The maintenance team is excellent and always responds quickly to any issues, big or small. Everything is well-kept and the overall atmosphere makes it feel like home. Highly recommend!

HORRIBLE PLACE TO LIVE! The not so major “cons”: 1. When moving in, the carpet was shredded and loose in several places. 2. Upon move-in, hole in kitchen vinyl flooring 3. No storage space 4. Crazy inclined in some of the driveways (including my personal) 5. House does not cool correctly both up and downstairs (was told due to how they were built) Now, the REAL ISSUES: Most of these involve maintenance request, and nothing being done because “that’s just the way theses houses were built”. 1. Water coming in from windows (maintenance request submitted)- “when they built these houses they didn’t put the gutters in right”—nothing done to resolve issue 2. When house flooded (maintenance request submitted)—“the privacy fence acts like a damn that’s why the water didn’t drain”—nothing done to

Clean, quiet, safe. DeAna, the property manager, is very responsive, and takes quick action with whatever needs you may have. The neighborhood is always quiet, and my neighbors are friendly and kind. Maintenance has always been quick and efficient. The utilities are a bit high with everything being electric, but they are very clear about that when you decide to sign your lease so you aren't blindsided when the winter months come. My daughter enjoys riding her bike outside, and people are courteous and don't speed up and down the street, she also enjoyed trick or treating the neighborhood at Halloween. We have enjoyed our stay here the past year!

We have been living here since 2 years. I love this peaceful place. The neighborhood is awesome as well. I transferred to a smaller house within the community, everything was easy, without any stress. Melissa from the housing office was very helpful and managed the case very professional. She takes care of issues right away. The house I moved into was renovated and very clean. Regarding the light bills in other reviews I must say there are some very cold days in wintertime. We live in Kansas. My light bill was appropriate, I have called the energy provider for helpful tips how to save energy. Maintenance is also doing a great job. As soon as I called in, there were there in a minute, whatever it was! I would definitely recommend this community!

Patriot pointe was a great place to live, the people were respectful and the property was well maintained. Rent was very generously priced, the units are spacious and offer much needed protection for you vehicles with attached garages! DeAna was awesome! I never had a serious issue in my 4 years, and any issues were taken care of, they truly take care of their tenants. Harry, the super, was amazing! He always took care of maintenance items quickly, responded to questions promptly and even took the time to call me when I had a question, the best super I have ever had! If I ever move back to Kansas I would rent from Patriot Pointe again.
