Ashton Place & Southwest Apartments

I lived here for a year and had to move due to getting a job elsewhere. Maintenance is fast. At the time we paid $575 for a two bedroom. Good place for the price I was sorry to leave. Only downside was noisy neighbors.

Please do not even consider renting in this apartment complex. The 3 apartment managers I had while being there were horrible. They have late fees for giving the rent late but yet you cannot use it. I left a month ago and they charged me for supposley leaving the apartment dirty. I spent hours cleaning it and they sent me a letter with the charges charging me for leaving the bathroom dirty which is ridiculous. There were bugs inside the apartment and indeed had 3 snakes come in during my time staying there. I had annoying and loud neighbors which I would complaint about and management never did anything but yet I had friends over 1 NIGHT and we were listening to music and they left me a letter in my door saying if it happened again it was a notice of eviction. Great place. I stayed here for 2 years and had zero issues with the managers. They are really efficient and respond to maintenance requests immediately. Neighbours are a hit or miss. Luckily, I had respectful neighbours. Having said this, noise can be a problem particularly if you have loud neighbours but again, it is a gamble.

I loved this apartment! The staff is so nice and the maintence guy is on site! The place is always well kept and I haven't ever had a problem with them. I'd recommend it to anyone! The only thing that I dislike is that you aren't able to have dogs, but that's okay because then I wouldn't have to worry about other's pets. The balcony is very spacious, the kitchen is a good size. Plenty of space! :)

Amazing place ! absolutely love the manager and maintenance here. Very nice people and area. The apartment is very decent and homely. Also very affordable. i stayed in an older apartment that wasn't renovated yet but i still love it. the rent and utilities were affordable & we could still actually live and have dates. overall great place !
