Toni is the rudest person I have ever spoke with. Extremely unprofessional. She is very experienced in belittling people and throwing tantrums if she doesn’t get her way this minute. Do not recommend working with her. 0/5 I don’t understand how someone a as a CEO of a company thinks she can get away with treating people the way she does. Hope nobody else experiences the way she treated us.

Toni will not take of your home. She will find bad tenants and then quit on you. Do not hire her. I had $21,000 worth of damage due to neglect over 4 years of her managing my property.

As a property owner, I prioritize the well-being of my tenants and expect the same level of professionalism from the management companies I work with. Unfortunately, my experience with Core Property Management Inc., managed by Toni, has been disheartening and frustrating. Communication has been consistently poor, with my calls blocked, text messages and emails ignored, and even certified letters rejected. Financially, the situation has been dire, with late payments eventually leading to no payments at all for rent collected over several months. This review serves as a caution to potential clients, renters or property owners alike, particularly those who are managing from out of state. The level of disrespect and ill treatment I’ve received is unwarranted, and I feel compelled to share this

Our experience with Core Property and Mrs Toni Mitchell has been a very pleasant experience. We first contacted Toni in spring of 2020 when seeing a property she managed on rentees.com. We were out of state but she did everything possible to make our transition to the property smooth and welcoming. She is always responsive to any property issues and works diligently to have them corrected and repaired very quickly. She was also very accommodating in helping our son and daughter with their housing needs. Two thumbs up for Toni and Core Property.

My interactions with Core Property and their associates have been consistently disappointing and far below the professional standards one would expect. From the onset, there has been a noticeable lack of professionalism and a disconcerting indifference to client care. The communication has been sporadic and often unresponsive, leaving much to be desired in terms of customer service. It is with regret that I must advise others to exercise caution and consider the potential risks carefully before engaging with this business.
