Parkway Grand Apartments

First off, I will not be renewing my lease. Decent neighborhood, but even with a new staff, problems persist. From when I moved in, June 2025, I've had maintenence requests that have yet to be resolved in either a timely or suitable manner for myself or my 3 month old. I've even caught one of their staff members during what was supposed to be a front door and patio check as well as a few of the neighborhood children looking through my package while I was away. The appliances are old (the refrigerator causes my food to mold sooner than expected, and new refrigerators were distributed to some apartments just not ours), the cooling/heating system keeps going out (the air conditioning doesn't cool properly, it would be set between 67-71 degrees and the unit would be 83 degrees, and it's going

Jordan was consistently helpful, professional, and kind throughout the process. She was always willing to assist and ensured my questions were answered, which made everything much smoother. DaQuavius truly went above and beyond. He made my move-in seamless and stress-free, even during a transition in management. His professionalism, attentiveness, and personable nature made a lasting impression. He clearly cares about the residents he helps, and I feel very fortunate to have been one of them. Because of DaQuavius, joining this community has been an incredibly positive experience.

Decent neighborhood, has been through numerous different managements. Only thing I don’t care for is they advertise a rent price then once rent hit you got $150+ added on with fees which is wild. Most apartments are charging $50-60 on added fees here we are paying damn near double when the trash man definitely picks n choose when he want & take what he wants then you get charged a community service fee. After all the added fees this neighborhood is definitely not worth the price. Will be my last year here

DaQuavius, Thank you so much! I came Parkway Grand with questions, and you took professionally and personably handle my transition with care and precision. He walked me through 3 different apartments, and even stayed late after the office closing to accomedate, and ensure I understood the entire process. I'm standing in my new place thanks to him and happier than I was being here versus my last Apartment Complex in Marietta for the last 3 years. Thanks brother!

I would like to leave a SEPARATE review with experience with Que as a leasing agent because he was God sent. He was very professional during my entire move in process even though it was a nightmare. I honestly think if it wasn’t for him communicating with me throughout the entire process I probably would’ve went bowed out. I do not want my move in experience to overshadow the hard work and dedication Que showed me. Thank you again for everything Que!
